Women's top sizes are determined primarily by the chest size
Chest - measured across from armpit to armpit and doubled
Back / Length - measured from the base of the collar to the hem
Sleeve - measured from the shoulder seam to the cuff
Waist - measured at the natural waistline

When giving Dress and Coat sizes, we take both the chest and
waist measurements into account, as well as the cut of the
garment. The sizes we give are general guidelines as each of the
pieces have a unique cut and everyone's body type is different.

Women's Pants and Skirts- determined by waist size
Waist - measured across waistband and doubled
Hip - measured 7" below waist
Length - from waist to hem down the back center (skirts)
Inseam - measured from crotch to bottom of inside leg (pants)
Rise - measured from bottom of crotch to waistband (pants)

Belts -measurements are taken when belt is closed. The range is
the smallest hole to the largest hole. The measurements are
actual circumference inches. The best way to know if a belt will
fit is to put a tape measure through the belt loops of a pair of
pants while you are wearing them. If that measurement falls
within the size range given, it will fit.
