This is a plain black leather strap belt with a cute mouse buckle. The strap is riveted around the buckle. The original holes close from 36" - 38", but some extra holes were added so the belt can be closed as small as 28". The extra part of the strap needs to go through a belt loop - there's no loop on the belt for it.
