Domestic US Shipping-

We will e-mail you when your order is sent and provide a tracking number if applicable. Orders will typically be sent out the following business day, Monday - Friday by US Priority mail. We will occasionally use regular US Mail and FedEx.

Express shipping and insurance are available at an extra cost if you request it.

We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for oversized or heavy items. If an item is subject to additional shipping, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

International shipping-

International shipping is available to certain countries approved by our credit card service, or supported by PayPal. If your country is not already on our list, please contact us for rates and availability. Certain countries may be available for payment by PayPal only.

Canadian orders will have a base shipping rate of $8.00 added to the order for the first pound. An extra $4.00 will be added for each additional pound.

European orders will have a base shipping rate of $13.00 added to the order for the first pound. An extra $6.00 will be added for each additional pound.

We have tried to simplify the overseas shipping charges as best as possible, but the actual cost varies greatly by weight. If the fee charged is far off from reality we will adjust if before charging your card. In the event that the shipping charge is far below the actual cost we may contact you to let you know that a higher fee is required. In the event that the charge is over by more than a few dollars we will refund you the difference. If you have questions or concerns about your shipping cost please let us know - if it's not right we'll fix it.

International orders must be shipped to the address that matches the billing address of the credit card. We also accept PayPal for International orders. PayPal orders must be shipped to the PayPal verified address.

The buyer will be responsible for any customs fees if applicable. We are unable to estimate customs fees as they vary greatly by country. We can not mark the form as a gift. If you prefer us not to include the invoice in the package, please let us know in your order.

We want your shopping experience to be a positive one, therefore if you are not satisfied with an item you may return it to us.

Here's how to make a return:

1) Before sending the package back you must email us for a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number and the item you are returning in the email. This lets us know to look for the package and that the item will be coming back.

2) Returns must be postmarked within ten days of the date the package was received - we use the tracking information to determine the delivery date.

3) Items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Items that are returned incomplete or damaged will not be credited.

4) We recommend shipping the item with a tracking number as we can not be responsible for items that are not received by us. Breakable items should be insured.

5) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6) You will be credited back to the original method of payment less any shipping charges.
